Description:Some of you may have already test the very first release of this synth (from the forum exchange.... sorry for this long adjustment, but there were some tricky point to solve...).
This final release is much more usable and groundbreaking...

MIND OUT: YOU NEED TO MOVE YOUR MODULATION WHEEL TO PLAY THIS SYNTH... IF NOT YOU MAY NOT GET MUCH SOUND !!!

The modulation wheel is used a bit like a bow: pulses are generated when you move the wheel, the faster you go, the more pulses you get. The bow simulator although captures the speed of your move ... the speed value is then used to modulated some synth parameter. Pulses and speed output can be smoothed thanks to 2 portamentos ....

I really love the sounds you can get out of this unusual synth... they really sound like accoutic sound, but you can t guess from what kind of intrument it is coming ....

The Bow Simulator is a sub-patch that can be reused anywhere... I m currently working on a Guitar like and a Flute like synth.. I will post the mas soon as they are ready.

PS: the Speed Capture Time paramater is not reallys useful, it just has to have a smaal value ... but I had to keep it on the MMI, if not T4 set it at a 0 value and there is no more Speed Capture ...

This is a very neat idea. i like the performance aspect of using the mod wheel for bowing. A very cool idea. This is the kind of ingenuity i was hoping to see more of with Tassman :-) Tassman has so many possibilities, but it seems that Reaktor gets all the builders and designers and attention.
This one is staying in my library! :-) THANKS!

It is ALIVE !
Perfect. It will take skill to master playing it but that is how it should be.
:-)
I was amazed when I heard some of the pulses on the mod wheel.
Great work, Christophe, and many thanks for building and posting it.
